ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Crews responded to a fire alarm coming from a school in Rockcastle County late Tuesday night.
It happened just before 10 p.m. at Brodhead Elementary School.
Crews found light smoke coming from one area of the building. They later found a small fire inside an air unit in the ceiling.
We’re told the damage was minor, and was contained to the air unit.
Officials say the fire will not affect school Wednesday morning.
