(LEX 18)– A student at Immanuel Christian Academy won Best In State in the National Bonnie Plants Third Grade Cabbage Program.

Avery Sluss grew a 10.3 pound cabbage and was selected by Kentucky’s Agriculture Department. She will receive a $1,000 savings bond towards education from Bonnie Plants.
