Update: The lanes have reopened but traffic is still moving very slowly.
GRANT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Officials are reporting that the northbound lanes of I-75 are shut down at Exit 144 due to a dump truck that hit the overhead road signs at Exit 154.
They are diverting traffic at the 144 northbound onto US 25 to Williamstown.
