UPDATE: The roadway has reopened.
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Two lanes of KY Highway 151 is blocked at the I-64 ramp due to an accident that caused fluids to leak onto the roadway.
Officials say a 5th wheel trailer broke off from a truck, spilling hydraulic fluid and oil.
Hazmat is on the scene.
Expected cleanup time is one hour.
A detour has been established at US 60.
