PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A judge has denied bail for a Pike County woman accused of creating child pornography using her 3-year-old daughter.
Christina Mitchell was originally charged in June after police say they found pornographic pictures of the toddler on her phone.
The case was moved to federal court after she was indicted on federal charges last month.
Mitchell remains held in the Pike County Detention Center.
Her boyfriend, Jonathan Edward Manigault, also faces charges.
