(TIME) Lexington has made Time Magazine’s top ten cities to live in.
Citing its affordability and cultural life, Lexington rang in at number 8. Lexington has some of the lowest taxes among the cities on this list, with a sales tax of 6% and average property taxes nearing $1,921.
The magazine also touts the city’s equestrian culture, bourbon distilling and…of course…basketball.
