LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Lexmark has announced that their President, Chief Executive Officer, and director Rich Geruson has resigned. A press release on their website says it is for personal reasons.

“On behalf of the Lexmark team, I would like to thank Rich and wish him and his family well,” said Mickey Kantor, the chairman of the board of directors.

Geruson became President of Lexmark in October 2017.

A search for his successor is underway.  An executive management committee will lead Lexmark in the meantime.
