Braker is the franchise owner of Remedy Intelligent Staffing. He said logistics and shipping companies that are having the hardest time filling positions.

“We’ve never seen it this busy this time of year and I really believe it’s just the economy and there’s a shortage of people,” he said.

He said that means it is a great time to be applying as many employers will work to fit the needs of the worker.

“A lot of these companies are just trying to get stuff out the door before the holiday,” he said.
