MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (WFIE) – Authorities confirm there has been a deadly officer-involved shooting in Breman.
WFIE is reporting that the investigation is in the 4800 block of Main Street.
They report that it started with a terroristic threatening complaint that two officers responded to. KSP says that 46-year-old Chris Anderson was in a vehicle in a driveway when he got out of the truck and showed a weapon. KSP says that is when a confrontation started and multiple shots were fired.
Anderson was killed. WFIE says there were no other injuries in this shooting.
KSP’s Rob Austin and Justin Cornett are on administrative leave.
