
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — The FBI says authorities have captured a Kentucky man who became a fugitive in 2015 after being arrested on child pornography charges.
The FBI’s Louisville office says 41-year-old Ranger Lacy was captured. Without providing details, a post on Twitter thanked the bureau’s Little Rock, Arkansas, office.

Authorities said Lacy “engaged in child pornography and traded images” from 2009 through 2011. The FBI says more than 40,000 child pornography images were found on his computer.
Lacy was charged in July 2015 on a federal arrest warrant for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. But he failed to appear at an arraignment on the charges later that month.
Potential sightings had been reported in Morehead and Frenchburg,
