Kentucky Shooting Suspect’s Attorneys Accuse Schools Of Witness Tampering

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. (WPSD) — WPSD is reporting that the attorneys for a teen accused of shooting classmates at his school have filed a motion claiming that the school system has been tampering with witnesses.

Gabriel Parker is accused in the Jan. 23 shooting at Marshall County High School. Two teens were killed in the shooting.

The motion filed by Parker’s attorneys claims a lawyer for the Marshall County School system, Michael Owsley, has been telling teachers not to speak with the defense counsel.

it also says students were told by teachers not to speak with the defense counsel.

Parker’s attorneys say that this is witness tampering and interfering with their investigation.
