HENRY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Henry County man has been charged with abusing the corpse of his girlfriend.
The Henry County Local reports that police were called to a home on Melody Lane in Campbellsburg on Oct. 21 for a dead woman inside.
Police say they found 65-year-old Loretta Rusatasky’s body in an unattached out-building on her property.
according to the paper, Rusatsky’s boyfriend, 57-year-old Patrick Hill knew she was dead the day before.
Hill was charged with abuse of a corpse. In addition, Hill has been charged with forgery. Police say Hill tried to cash a check belonging to the woman.
