Kitten Found In Dumpster Now Living In Foster Home

NELSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A kitten was found in a trash bag in a dumpster, according to the Humane Society of Nelson County.

Thankfully, the kitten was found and is now in a foster home. The humane society says that the kitten would not have lived through the very cold night.

They posted this story to Facebook to tell people that animals can be taken to the humane society where they will be warm and fed, instead of abandoned in trash bags.

The Humane Society says that you should not leave baby animals outside on frigid nights and do not leave them in dumpsters.
