LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Police are looking for two people they say robbed a man at gunpoint.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. at West 7th and Dakota Streets.
Police say the victim was sitting in his parked car when a man and woman jumped inside.
The man allegedly pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded his wallet and phone.
We’re told the suspects then drove off in the man’s car, which was later found in the downtown area. No one was hurt.
Police are still looking for the two suspects who are described to be in their 30’s.
We’re told the man was wearing a camouflage coat.
