MOUNT STERLING, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police have arrested and charged a man after a fatal hit-and-run crash killed a pedestrian.
Mount Sterling Police said Juan Luis Pelayo Rodriguez has been charged with second-degree manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid in death or serious physical injury.
Police say Rodriguez was driving when he struck a pedestrian on U.S. Highway 460.
The pedestrian was killed. Officials have not yet identified the victim.
