BOURBON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Officials in Bourbon County said Saturday that the Christmas parade scheduled for this evening is being postponed until Sunday afternoon.
Lauren Biddle, executive director of the Paris/Bourbon County Chamber of Commerce tells LEX 18 that organizers decided the wet weather and forecast caused too much trouble to overcome Saturday.
Organizers said the parade will instead step off Sunday at 4:30 p.m.
Participants are asked to meet up at 2 p.m. in the Bourbon County High School parking lot.
