BOYD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Kentucky State Police are investigating the second death in four days at the Boyd County Detention Center.

36-year-old inmate Charles Finley, of Ashland, was pronounced dead at a hospital Sunday.

He was one of several inmates who overdosed.

The local coroner says Fentanyl is suspected in Finley’s death.

We’re told an autopsy is planned.

This comes after 40-year-old Michael Moore was found dead at the jail last Thursday.

His death remains under investigation.
