LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – A Lexington man has been indicted in a deadly crash that occurred earlier this year.
Court documents reveal that Dean Lee Carson Jr., 33, has been indicted for murder in the September 2018 crash that killed John Rusnak on New Circle Road.
Police say Carson was driving a sport-utility vehicle when he crashed from behind into a car that was stopped at a red light. They say he was driving under the influence and was in possession of cocaine when the crash occurred.
Carson will be arraigned on Friday morning.
