BATH COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – A suspended circuit court judge pleaded not guilty to felony charges in the very courtroom over which she used to preside.

Judge Beth Maze, who covers Bath, Rowan, Menifee and Montgomery Counties was indicted last month. The indictment states that on or about Sept. 18 of last year, Maze committed two counts of forgery-second degree by making, completing or altering a public record and tampering with public records.
