JACKSON, Ky. (Breathitt Advocate) – Officials say that a woman is dead after a domestic violence incident in Breathitt County.
The incident occurred at a home on RedBird Hollow. According to police, 58-year-old Charles Noble was taken into custody at the scene and charged with the murder of his wife Anna.
