FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) – Unofficial copies of House Bill 1 and House Bill 2 have been released electronically after last night’s special session called by Governor Bevin.
The two bills were released after 11 p.m. House Bill 1 is similar to SB 151, which was ruled unconstitutional due to the bill not receiving the three-readings required for all bills.
Democratic and Republican leadership had negotiated to end the special session last night, but a vote was not taken. The session will continue today.
