LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – The Fayette Co. Coroner seeks the identity of the next-of-kin of a deceased man.
William Franklin Rankin, 70, died of a cardiac event Wednesday. It is unknown if Mr. Rankin’s wife, Rhoda, is alive. The coroner’s office believes that she developed dementia and moved to another state.
It is believed that Rankin has a brother who lives in Lexington. The office does not know his first name.
