BOURBON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police troopers arrested a man in Bourbon County who they say repeatedly sexually abused a 5-year-old girl.

Brandon Alan Woodall

Police arrested 30-year-old Brandon Alan Woodall on Friday on a warrant signed by the Bourbon County District Court.

According to his arrest warrant, Woodall is accused of sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl on several occasions between June 1 and Sept. 22 in Bourbon County.

The warrant says “the victim described several different sex acts committed by the Defendant” and says Woodall later “admitted having sexual contact with the victim on more than one occasion.”

Woodall’s attorney has contacted LEX 18 disputing the information in the arrest warrant. He says that Woodall never admitted to the charges and denies any wrongdoing.

Woodall was charged with first-degree sexual abuse of a victim younger than 12.

He was being held in the Bourbon County Detention Center.
