LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police say a man is lucky to have walked away from a serious crash overnight on Lexington southeast side but will face DUI charges.
Officials say the crash happened around midnight along Lakeshore Drive.
Police say the driver struck a pole but did not suffer serious injuries.
A witness at the scene tells LEX 18 that the car flipped a number of times after striking the pole.
Police said the driver will be charged with driving under the influence.
