LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) – Three people, including two adults and a child, were killed in Louisa after their vehicle collided with a semi.
US 23 was shut down in both directions in front of the Big Sandy Power Plant.
Our sister station WSAZ say the vehicle tried to make a left hand turn when a semi struck it.
