ELKHORN CITY, Ky . (LEX 18) – A rockfall has shut down Ky 197 in Pike County.
The crash affects Elkhorn Creek between mile points 8 and 9 at Ashcamp. Both lanes are blocked traffic cannot get through.
Stability of the hillside is unknown at this time.
You can access KY 195 from the Elkhorn City side of KY 197 but not from the Dorton side.
