FRANKFORT, Ky, (LEX 18)- Two Frankfort teens are using their talents to entertain their community and to bring a smile to several faces.
Braden and Gabe Kalla are both trumpet players. The two, 12 and 16 respectively, both play in their school’s band and Gabe recently made All-state Jazz Band and Braden made District Honor Band.
On Christmas Eve, the two performed at the Morning Pointe Nursing Home in Frankfort and last week at Provision Nursing Home in Beaumont in Lexington.
On Christmas Day, the two entertained diners at the Frankfort Access Soup Kitchen.
