LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) – Funeral arrangements have been set for Detective Deidre Mengedoht.
Det. Mengedoht was killed during a traffic stop on Christmas Eve on I-64. Arrangements are being handled by Southeast Christian Church.
The visitation will be Sunday, Dec. 30, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home which is located at 4400 Bardstown Rd., Louisville, KY 40218. The public visitation will be from 2-8 pm.
Parking for the visitation will be at the Eastwood Shopping Center located at 4800 Bardstown Road (On the corner of Bardstown Rd. & Watterson Trail).
Shuttles provided by LMPD will be available to transport people from the Eastwood Shopping Center to Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. Please do not park at Resthaven which is reserved for family members.
The funeral will be Monday, Dec. 31, 2018 at Southeast Christian Church which is located at 920 Blankenbaker Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40243. The funeral service will start at 11 a.m.
The burial will be immediately following the funeral service at Hebron Cemetery which is located at the intersection of Highway 61 and East Hebron Lane in Bullitt Co., KY.
