CYNTHIANA, Ky. (Cynthiana Democrat) – Harrison County Search and Rescue teams are out looking for a missing Cynthiana man.
Kelly Hudgins, 39, was last seen in mid-November. He was reportedly walking down Waterworks Avenue and was last seen around the Terry Dam area near the guardrail.
Crews were out last month searching the South Fork Licking River. Cadaver dogs hit on the same exact spot of the river but boaters didn’t find anything. Surrounding agencies even supplied SONAR to help, but they came up empty.
The Cynthiana Democrat reports that teams are out looking but they did not specify where they are searching.
