LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Traffic is moving slowly on I-75 after a car flipped near the northern split.
It happened in the southbound lanes near the 118 mile marker.
Police say a Georgia dad and three kids were headed south on I-75 when they slid off the road, hit the grass embankment, flipped, and hit a guardrail.
All four were safely buckled into the vehicle, but were taken to UK Hospital as a precaution to be checked for minor injuries.
