BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WNKY)– Three children and two adults were sent to the hospital Friday after a bad wreck involving multiple vehicles.
It happened around 11:30 a.m. on Cemetery Road.
Officials say a trailer broke away from the vehicle towing it and careened into another vehicle, setting off a chain reaction in which two vehicles collided head-on.
Three children were flown to Monroe Carrell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville.
Two adults were admitted to the Medical Center in Bowling Green with non-life threatening injuries.
No names have been released.
