LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – Baptist Health has confirmed that Lexington’s first baby of 2019 was born at the hospital.
It’s a girl! Kayleigh Rae Cecil was born at the hospital at 6:45 a.m. The entire family is smitten, especially big sister Lily.
