(Yahoo) – Former Kentucky player and Danville native Neal Brown has been named as the head coach of WVU, according to Yahoo! Sports.
Brown, 38, replaces Dana Holgorsen, who left shortly after New Year’s to take the head coaching job at Houston
Brown played football at Boyle County High School and played at Kentucky during the 1998-2000 season under Coach Hal Mumme.
