LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man was arrested over the weekend after being accused of rape.
Police arrested 21-year-old Chris Hutsell around 5:30 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Man o ‘War and Alumni Drive.
They say earlier that morning, Hutsell had sex with a victim while she was unconscious and physically helpless, two separate times.
He’s in the Fayette County Detention Center charged with first-degree rape.
