LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Chuy’s will open its newest Lexington location in Hamburg this spring at 1856 Alysheba Way (formerly Applebee’s).
“We are so excited to bring our unique, fresh flavors to another Lexington location,” said Jim Lasley, Area Supervisor for Chuy’s. “The people of Lexington have been so supportive of Chuy’s over the last seven years, and we are thrilled to be able to expand and serve more of this great community.”
Chuy’s Hamburg will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday. On weekdays, the restaurant will also feature happy hour specials and their Fully-Loaded Nacho Car, a free build-your-own nacho station that includes complimentary chips, salsa, queso, ground sirloin and more, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
