LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man is facing charges after police say he violently attacked and held his girlfriend against her will.
Police arrested Franklin Thomas around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Centre Parkway.
They say Thomas punched his girlfriend in the face, chest, and leg.
We’re told he also held her against her will in the bathroom and told her she could not eat, drink, sleep, or leave.
Thomas is in the Fayette County Detention Center charged with assault and unlawful imprisonment.
