PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man is charged with two robberies in Pulaski County.

According to the Pulaski County Major Crimes Task Force, the robberies happened at the Apples Wine and Spirits in Somerset and the Cash Express in Burnside.

The wine and spirits shop was robbed Dec. 28, and the Cash Express was robbed Jan. 7.

After officials got a look at surveillance video, they found that the suspect in both cases was the same person.

Detectives found 39-year-old Douglas Meadows hiding in the attic of his home on Hall Hollow Road.

While on scene, officials say they found the clothing worn in both robberies.

Meadows was arrested and now faces multiple charges.
