LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – A man was arrested after he spun out of control and crashed into several parked cars in a Fayette County Public School facility parking lot.

According to Lexington police, dispatch received a call from a woman on Oliver Lewis Parkway who said a man was tailgating her and occasionally bumping into the back of her car. Police found the driver and attempted to pull him over.

That’s when, authorities say, the man floored it and crashed into several cars in the parking lot of the FCPS Logistical Services & Purchasing warehouse on Russell Cave Road.

Police say that an FCPS employee was sitting in one of the parked cars. She was not hurt.

The man was taken into custody where he could be facing charges of wanton endangerment. His name has not yet been released.
