PADUCAH, Ky. (WPSD) — Authorities are seeking an inmate missing from the Keeton Correctional Facility.
WPSD reports that jail staff discovered 33-year-old Frankie Lee Higdon missing.
Higdon is described as white with brown hair and blue eyes, standing 5-foot-11. Officials said he was last seen wearing a tan jacket, black pants and carrying a black backpack.
Higdon was serving time for second-degree burglary, tampering with physical evidence, and first-degree fleeing and evading police in a motor vehicle.
Kentucky State Police are asking anyone with information about the escape to call 270-856-3721 or anonymously at 800-222-5555.
