LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)- Classmates of a Frederick Douglass High School senior killed in a shooting will carry out random acts of kindness in her honor.
Alisa “Lucy” Reed, 17, was shot Thursday night at an apartment complex at Palumbo Drive. She was taken to UK Medical Center where she passed away days later.
Reed’s aunt says the young woman was loud and full of life. In honor of her spirit, Lucy’s classmates will spend two weeks performing random acts of kindness for one another.
Grief counselors are available at the school.
