RICHMOND, Ky. (WBON) – A Richmond man has been charged with the rape and sodomy of a four-year-old girl.
Jason Baldwin, 37, is accused of first-degree-rape and first-degree-sodomy. Police say the abuse happened while the man was babysitting the victim.
Our news partners at WBON report that the four-year-old told her parents that Baldwin touched her inappropriately. The victim elaborated and said that Baldwin allegedly also showed her pornographic videos in addition to the sodomy and rape.
Investigators obtained a warrant and searched Baldwin’s phone. In his search history, they allegedly found child pornography.
He is currently lodged in the Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
