Lexington Police Investigating Burglaries Seek Help ID’ing 2 Seen On Surveillance Video

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lexington police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two young males seen on surveillance video approaching a home on the city’s far southeast side who may be connected to recent burglaries.

In video footage released by police, the suspects — a 14-year-old and 16-year-old, one black and one white — approach a home, appear to notice the home security camera and then quickly walk away.

Police said several burglaries and attempted break-ins have been reported in the area in recent weeks.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the case to call Lexington police at 859-258-3600.
