FLOYD, Ky (LEX 18)– Good news out of Floyd County where Bessie the Bovine, a cow that has been on the lam since early December, has finally been caught.
After being spotted wandering through town on a security camera earlier this winter, Bessie evaded capture before disappearing for several weeks. However, recently the bovine resurfaced and was safely captured.
Floyd County Mayor Les Stapleton was pleased to announce that a local farmer has offered to take the trouble-making cow in.
