LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A local restaurant is offering a special deal for furloughed federal employees until further notice.
Hayden’s Stockyard Eatery, located on Iron Works Pike, is offering a breakfast free sandwich with the purchase of a drink from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. They are also offering a free specialty cheeseburger platter OR a sandwich platter accompanied by a cup of soup or chili with the purchase of a drink 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
To get this deal, you must bring a valid ID proving you are a federal employee.
