UPDATE: Harris is back in custody. He was arrested around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday and is now facing an additional charge of escape.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– An inmate is on the loose Monday morning after failing to return from a court ordered pass.
Officials say Jyozman Harris was released on Jan. 17 for a court ordered pass and was supposed to return Sunday night at 8 p.m., but did not.
The 19-year-old was being held on several charges including assault and unlawful imprisonment.
Anyone with info should contact Lexington Police.
This is the second Lexington inmate in the past week that didn’t return from a court ordered leave.
