COVINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– The bishop of the Covington Diocese has apologized to parents of students at Covington Catholic.
He said that he was bullied into giving a statement about the incident involving a Native American Elder in Washington D.C. , which sparked a social media firestorm.
