BATH COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A UPS truck caught on fire overnight, destroying the contents of its trailer.
It happened on westbound I-64 near the 123 mile marker.
According to the Owingsville Fire Department’s Facebook page, the truck was fully involved upon their arrival.
The incident caused the interstate to be shut down for several hours while crews worked to extinguish the fire.
No one was injured during the incident.
