CLARK COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A Winchester man is facing charges after his wife was killed by their dog last year.
41-year-old Christopher Collins was arrested Sunday.
His 45-year-old wife, April, died back in November when their pit bull attacked her at their Verna Drive home.
Officials say Collins was served a warrant for wanton endangerment and not reporting a previous incident including the dog.
Collins is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 11.
