LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Two people are safe and a pet is rescued after a house fire in Lawrence County.
Officials say the fire started early Sunday morning off Public Way in Louisa.
We’re told two people inside the home escaped without being hurt, but crews had to rescue a pet.
No word on if the house is a total loss, or what caused the fire.
The pet’s condition is unclear.
Several fire departments responded to the scene.
