The Kentucky Cannabis Company and Bluegrass Hemp Oil have partnered to create a new bill, Shauna’s Law, to help protect state employees in Kentucky.
These people work in drug-free environments, yet need to use hemp products to help with medical issues. This proposed legislation would protect them, if drug-tested, from losing their jobs.
